What do I need to provide to rent a boat?

A valid drivers license and credit card. 

What is your cancellation policy if there is bad weather?

If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the time you have booked for you will NOT receive a refund of your deposit.

We may determine that the weather is too severe to be on the water and decide to not send you out on a rental. If we need to cancel your reservation, we will try to reschedule you during your vacation time or issue a refund. 

**We DO NOT cancel due to passing rain storms, cool temperatures or overcast skies. 

How does the rental process work?

Your party must arrive 30 minutes prior to departure. Upon arrival you will be asked which person in your crew will be captaining for the day. That person will need to sign our rental agreement forms and have a copy of their drivers license and credit kept on file. You will be walked through the boat you will be on for the day and be untied to enjoy a fun day out on the water.

Is there an age requirement to rent a boat?

Any individual who will be signing off as captain must be at least 24 years of age.

Do you allow water sports or towing?

NO water sports or any kind of towing behind our boats is permitted.

Do I need a boaters license to drive a rental boat?

No, you do not.  

Do I have to wear a life vest?

All passengers aboard our boat UNDER the age of 12 must wear a life vest at all times. Other persons do not, there will be a life jacket provided for every passenger on the boat.

How many passengers will fit on the pontoon?

Our boats are coast guard approved to hold a maximum of 10 people or 1,500 pounds. 

Is there a bathroom on board?

No, there are no bathrooms aboard our boats. There is a bathroom available for you to use at City Harbor. 

Are pets allowed onboard?

Unfortunately no pets are allowed onboard our pontoons :(
